📅 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day unconditional return policy for all standard (non-customized) items.

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)

Please note that Customized/Bespoke items (such as jewelry with custom engravings or dresses made to specific measurements) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

As these pieces are uniquely crafted for you, they cannot be restocked.


🔄 How to Start a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
