Because our items are not mass-produced, we require time to perfect each detail:

Standard Collection: Within 7 business days after your order is placed, you will receive a Product Confirmation Email with photos of your finished item.

Custom/Bespoke Orders: Due to the complexity of personalized designs, you will receive your Product Confirmation Email within approximately 10 business days.
